Who is counselling for?

Counselling is for anybody who is experiencing emotional difficulties. I work with individuals from age 18.

What qualifications do you have?

A degree in Psychology was followed, in my 30s by a 4 year training which gave me a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling.

I keep informed with continuing professional development (CPD).

How much does counselling cost?

Sessions are £70. There are some concessions so let me know if you would like to come but the cost is putting you off.

Can I ask BUPA to cover the cost of sessions?

I am registered with BUPA to provide counselling so please ask them to refer to me.

How long is a session?

Sessions last for 50 minutes.

How often?

Usually once a week though twice may be appropriate.

Where is your practice and how do you work these days?

I am based in London, N20 and am working face to face and also on line – using either Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp. It will be your decision which of these you prefer.
